The company was formerly known as UEM Land Holdings Berhad and changed its name to UEM Sunrise Berhad in June 2013. UEM Sunrise Berhad was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. UEM Sunrise Berhad is a subsidiary of UEM Group Berhad.
