Additionally, the company engages in the development of marine technology and marine chartering activities; and provision of technical consulting, advising, fabrication, and project management services; marine construction, conversion, repair, and infrastructure services; diving equipment rental; and subsea and floating systems. The company was formerly known as Sapura Energy Berhad and changed its name to Vantris Energy Berhad in August 2025. Vantris Energy Berhad was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
