Its operations are structured into four key divisions: Corporate Financial Business, Retail Financial Business, Interbank Financial Business, and Other Business. The bank's extensive product portfolio encompasses various deposit accounts, including demand and time deposits, alongside diverse lending solutions such as personal, collateral-backed, corporate, and agricultural loans. It also issues both bank and credit cards. Furthermore, Harbin Bank provides essential services like settlement and clearing, facilitates trading activities, and offers personal wealth management advice. It participates in money market transactions, covering placements, investments, and repurchasing agreements, as well as foreign exchange services. For convenient access, clients can utilize online, mobile, and telephone banking platforms. The company also extends into insurance products, project financing, financial advisory and consulting, the underwriting and issuance of securities, and asset custody services. As of December 31, 2021, the bank's physical network comprised 311 branches, specifically 17 primary branches, 292 sub-branches, a dedicated financial service center for small enterprises, and a headquarters business department. The institution was previously known as Harbin City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. before officially changing its name to Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. in November 2007.
