These include UBP1211, a biosimilar of Humira, targeting conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and psoriasis; JS002, a recombinant humanized anti-PCSK9 monoclonal antibody aimed at hyperlipidemia; and UBP1213, a recombinant humanized anti-BLyS monoclonal antibody in injectable form. Further developments encompass JS501, a biosimilar to Avastin; JS003, a recombinant humanized anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody for injection; JS101, identified as a pan-CDK inhibitor; TAB004/JS004, a recombinant humanized anti-BTLA monoclonal antibody; and JS005, a recombinant humanized anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody for injection. The company has also established strategic collaborations. Notably, it partners with Eli Lilly and Company on the co-development of therapeutic antibodies intended for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, the illness caused by the SARS-CoV-2 novel coronavirus. Additionally, an alliance with Coherus Biosciences, Inc. facilitates the development and commercialization of toripalimab, Junshi Biosciences' anti-PD-1 antibody.
