Its operations are structured around two primary divisions: Madura Fashion & Lifestyle and Pantaloons. The product portfolio also extends to a wide selection of accessories, including footwear, handbags, and home furnishings like bed linen and towels. The company manages a robust portfolio of proprietary brands, notably Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, and Peter England, alongside its popular Pantaloons chain of multi-brand fashion stores. Moreover, ABFRL possesses the exclusive Indian rights for the Californian fashion label Forever 21, and its international brand collection features prestigious names like The Collective, Simon Carter, American Eagle, Ralph Lauren, Hackett London, Ted Baker, and Fred Perry. With a substantial retail footprint, the company operates 3,091 dedicated brand stores and 377 Pantaloons outlets, in addition to supplying products to 28,585 multi-brand retail points across approximately 900 cities throughout India. Incorporated in Mumbai, India, in 2007, the company officially became Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited in January 2016, prior to which it was known as Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Limited.
