Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited (ASAL), a Pune, India-based company founded in 1990, operates as a subsidiary of Tata AutoComp Systems Limited. ASAL specializes in the design, development, manufacturing, and assembly of a comprehensive range of sheet metal stampings, welded components, and modules for the Indian automotive sector, serving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and tractors. Its extensive product offerings include exterior body panels such as door, side, and bumper assemblies, alongside crucial body-in-white (BIW) components like dash panels, cabin walls, firewalls, and underbody structural elements. Furthermore, ASAL produces various suspension system parts, including front and rear suspension modules, cross members, semi-trailing arms, as well as oil sumps, rear twist beams, and fuel tanks. The company adopted its current name in August 2003, having previously been known as JBM Tools Limited.
