BGR Energy Systems Limited, operating with its subsidiaries both domestically in India and internationally, specializes in the manufacture and supply of critical capital equipment for the power generation, petrochemical, process, and refinery sectors. Its Power Projects division delivers comprehensive, turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for power plants, including overall plant balance, and supplies advanced subcritical and supercritical steam turbines, generators, and various natural circulation heat recovery steam generators. The Electrical Projects division offers diverse solutions for EHV substations (including gas-insulated types), EHV transmission lines, optical fiber communication equipment (like OPGW and ADSS), complete plant electrical systems, and rural electrification. This division also provides power and auxiliary transformers, power evacuation systems, various HT/LT/control cables, HT/LT switchgears, DC systems, and battery and charging units. The Oil and Gas Equipment division focuses on specialized process equipment packages, pipeline apparatus, integrated compressor solutions, and robust storage tanks. Through its Environmental Engineering division, the company supplies critical systems such as deaerators, membrane-based water treatment and demineralization plants, effluent treatment and recycling facilities, and condensate polishing units. The Air Fin Coolers division specializes in coolers for process, radiator, and compressor applications, along with manufacturing finned tubes and tube bundles. Additionally, BGR Energy produces a range of other industrial products, including heat exchangers, pressure vessels, reactors, columns, waste heat recovery modules, convection coils, surface condensers, HP/LP heaters, and various other process and boiler components. Established in 1985, BGR Energy Systems Limited is headquartered in Chennai, India.
