For customer convenience, Bank Jatim deploys a suite of digital and self-service channels. These include a merchant relationship program, a wide network of conventional and Sharia automated teller machines (ATMs), internet and mobile banking platforms, SMS banking, and virtual accounts. The bank also issues electronic government staff cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards. Supplementary services include safe deposit boxes and various money transfer options. As of December 31, 2021, Bank Jatim maintained a substantial operational footprint across Indonesia. Its network comprised 41 conventional branches, 7 Sharia branches, 162 conventional sub-branches, 10 Sharia sub-branches, 211 conventional cash offices, 2 Sharia cash offices, 248 conventional payment points, 8 Sharia payment points, and 195 Sharia service offices. The self-service infrastructure included 780 conventional ATMs, 25 Sharia ATMs, 51 conventional cash recycling machines, 7 Sharia cash recycling machines, and 97 conventional along with 7 Sharia cash ATM vehicles.
