As the operator of the Mexican Stock Exchange, the company furnishes the infrastructure and processes that facilitate the interplay of supply and demand for securities, credit instruments, and other registered documents on the National Securities Registry. This includes services for the underwriting, public offering, and subsequent trading of these assets. Moreover, it is tasked with the publication, provision, and maintenance of public information regarding securities listed on the Mexican Exchange and within the International Quotations System. The exchange also plays a key regulatory role, issuing standards and operational and conduct guidelines to foster fair and transparent market practices. It monitors adherence to these rules and has the authority to impose disciplinary or corrective measures on brokerage firms and listed issuers that do not comply. In addition to these functions, its comprehensive service portfolio includes central securities depository operations, securities custody and settlement, clearinghouse services, price valuation, and risk management.
