It provides handover management solution that focuses on the delivery of construction data and information from the main contractor to the property owner or property developer; quality management solutions, which include inspections and snagging, digitized forms, analytics, and other solutions for main contractors and housebuilders to manage their subcontractors; and asset information management solutions to manage design, tenders, and construction processes, as well as handovers to capture the value of the data. The company offers its solutions under the Zutec, Createmaster, and Resi-Sense brand names. It serves contractors, property developers, housebuilders, housing associations, specialist contractors, and property owners. The company was formerly known as Zutec Holding AB (publ) and changed its name to BuildData Group AB in October 2021. BuildData Group AB was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
