Furthermore, Caledonia has entered into an agreement to acquire complete ownership (100%) of the Maligreen project, which is a brownfield gold exploration venture situated in the Gweru mining district, part of the Zimbabwe Midlands. The company, which was established in 1992, has its main office in Saint Helier, Jersey. It was previously known as Caledonia Mining Corporation, changing its name to Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc in March 2016.
