In addition, the company is involved in the civil engineering business; port services; machinery repairing; and human resources outsourcing and management. The company was formerly known as PT HWE Indonesia and changed its name to PT Darma Henwa Tbk in September 2005. The company was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
