About

The company plays a significant role in project financing, supporting a wide array of vital sectors such as power (including renewable energy initiatives), telecommunications, road networks, oil and gas, ports, airports, basic metals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, textiles, real estate, smart city development, and urban infrastructure. Its corporate finance division offers comprehensive solutions, encompassing balance sheet funding, loans secured by shares, lease rental discounting, and promoter financing. Additionally, IFCI engages in the sales and resolution of non-performing assets, fulfills nodal agency responsibilities, administers a credit enhancement guarantee scheme for scheduled castes, and acts as a debenture trustee for bond issuances. The company further expands its service portfolio to capital markets, providing stock broking, commodities broking, currency trading, portfolio management, and depository participant services. It also delivers merchant banking, operates as an insurance corporate agency, distributes mutual fund products and IPOs, and offers corporate advisory.
