The company structures its operations across four primary divisions: APM, dedicated to automated parcel machine deliveries; To-Door, managing conventional door-to-door courier services; Mondial Relay, which facilitates both automated locker and pick-up/drop-off (PUDO) point deliveries throughout France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal; and International Other, covering automated parcel machine services in the United Kingdom and Italy. In addition to its core delivery offerings, InPost provides comprehensive fulfillment solutions for e-commerce merchants, including warehousing, packaging, and logistics. It also operates self-service stations for sending and collecting parcels and runs an e-Grocery service via the InPost Fresh app for food and FMCG delivery to designated machines or directly to customers. By December 31, 2021, InPost had successfully processed 517 million parcel deliveries through its vast network of 16,445 APMs, containing roughly 2.4 million lockers. At that point, its platform supported approximately 38,000 integrated merchants and boasted 8 million active mobile application users. Established in 1999, InPost S.A. maintains its headquarters in Luxembourg.
