Its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) segment provides services for various civil construction endeavors, such as residential and commercial buildings, urban redevelopment schemes, hospitals, schools, security infrastructure, and border fencing. Additionally, it undertakes significant infrastructure projects including roads, water supply networks, storm water drainage, water storage solutions, and solid waste management initiatives. The Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) segment executes a wide array of projects, ranging from industrial installations like chimneys and cooling towers to large-scale infrastructure such as airports and roads. This comprehensive segment offers services covering the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and feasibility studies to detailed engineering, procurement, construction supervision, testing, and ultimate handover. Its Real Estate Development segment focuses on constructing residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Furthermore, NBCC (India) Limited extends its offerings to post-construction maintenance, the implementation of integrated steel plants, specialized consultancy in hospital planning and medical equipment, and engaging in environmental and sustainability ventures. The company was formerly known as National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited until its name change in May 2016.
