Its global presence extends across markets such as India, Mexico, Spain, and Hungary, among others. The company's operations are divided into two core segments: the Pharmaceutical Business and the Specialty Chemicals Business. Within its Pharmaceutical division, Vivimed Labs supplies APIs and crucial intermediates to both generic and ethical pharmaceutical companies. It also develops and markets proprietary branded formulations catering to therapeutic areas like ophthalmology, nutraceuticals, dermatology, and pain relief. Additionally, it provides contract manufacturing services for a variety of dosage forms, including capsules, tablets, syrups, liquids, nasal sprays, and ointments. A notable product is Favulous, manufactured for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 cases. The Specialty Chemicals segment boasts a broad portfolio. This includes Jarocol-branded hair dye intermediates essential for permanent, semi-permanent, and temporary hair coloring systems, alongside oxidation dye couplers, bases, and direct and basic dyes. It also produces Reversacol-branded photochromic dyes and antimicrobial agents utilized in applications ranging from plastic additives to antibacterial handwashes. Furthermore, the company manufactures photographic chemicals, such as black and white developers and antifog additives, for medical and industrial X-ray imaging, consumer photography, and graphic arts litho-plate production. Collectively, Vivimed Labs' offerings find extensive application in the home, personal, and industrial care sectors.
