BofA Securities, the investment arm of Bank of America, has named ten small and mid-cap companies that investors should pay attention to. The list includes issuers that meet two criteria at once: in the third quarter of 2025 their profits and sales exceeded Wall Street's expectations, and in the fourth quarter BofA expects them to have better earnings than the consensus forecast as a whole, writes Barron's.

Getty Realty Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), which specializes in the purchase and subsequent leasing of commercial space.

DiamondRock Hospitality, a REIT focused on owning premium hotels and resorts.

Addus HomeCare, a healthcare company that provides home care services to patients, among other things.

Envista Holdings, a manufacturer of dental treatment equipment and supplies.

Waystar Holdings, a developer of medical payment automation software.

Doximity, owner of a digital social networking platform for healthcare professionals.

Boot Barn retailer that specializes in western-inspired clothing, shoes and accessories, as well as workwear.
