The company also manages a substantial number of car parks, both proprietary and third-party, overseeing about 120,200 parking bays across 424 facilities by the same date. Its leisure and entertainment division involves owning and running casinos, gaming establishments, and associated bars. Additionally, Far East Consortium provides a range of supplementary services such as loan and mortgage financing, sales agency, administrative and treasury management, vault services, and hotel consultancy. Established in 1990, the firm maintains its principal office in Central, Hong Kong, and boasts an international presence, conducting business in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Czech Republic, mainland China, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and broader Europe.
