By the close of 2021 (December 31), Greenheart managed freehold radiata pine plantation forest assets spanning approximately 12,700 hectares within New Zealand's Northland region. Concurrently, in Suriname, South America, the company held significant concession and cutting rights covering around 298,000 hectares. Beyond these core forestry operations, the company delivers various ancillary services, including corporate, administrative, and general management support, as well as specialized forest management.
