It prefers to invest in not more than $10 million in high-tech projects including through initial public offerings and/ or pre-listing placements. The fund also invest around 10 percent of its net asset value in listed shares, including China concept shares, H Shares & B Shares. The fund as a direct investment fund backed up by China Merchants Group.
