About

Hong Kong Shanghai Alliance Holdings Limited, established in 1961 and headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong, is primarily engaged in the distribution and processing of construction materials across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Its operations are structured into three key divisions: Steel Distribution and Processing, Building Products Distribution, and Property Investment and Fund Management. The Steel Distribution and Processing division supplies a variety of structural steel products, including reinforcing steel, sheet piles, plates, H-piles, and H-beams. This segment also offers extensive rebar services such as cutting, bending, threading, and coupling, complemented by integrated processing, traceability solutions, and comprehensive supply chain management. The Building Products Distribution segment specializes in surface-critical coils, distributing and processing materials like pre-painted galvanized, galvanized, cold roll, hot roll, electro-galvanized, and silicon steel. Value-added services provided for these coils encompass slitting, custom cutting (cut to length), and stamping. Beyond its core materials business, the company actively manages property investments and holds real estate assets. It also delivers a range of services including comprehensive project management, inventory solutions, consultation and design, logistics, technical support, and installation services. Additionally, the company trades in sanitary wares and kitchen cabinets. Serving a broad spectrum of clients, its extensive reach covers the commercial, governmental, hospitality, infrastructure, and residential sectors. The company adopted its current name in December 2015, having previously operated as Van Shung Chong Holdings Limited.
