Another prominent candidate, STP707, is designed to treat cholangiocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver metastases, metastatic cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and both liver and lung fibrosis. Beyond these lead programs, Sirnaomics is advancing STP355 for a range of cancers; STP369 for head and neck/bladder cancers; STP779 for liver, lung, and pancreatic cancers; and STP902 for breast cancer. The company's portfolio also extends to infectious diseases with STP702 for influenza, STP908 for COVID-19, the RIM730 COVID-19 vaccine, and STP909 for HPV/cervical cancer. Furthermore, its developmental pipeline encompasses STP122G for thrombotic disorders, STP125G for hypertriglyceridemia, STP144G for complement-mediated ailments, STP133G for cardiometabolic conditions, and STP155G for hepatitis B virus.
