About

Qyuns Therapeutics Co., Ltd., a biotechnology company established in 2015 and headquartered in Taizhou, China, is focused on the discovery and clinical advancement of biologic therapies. Its primary mission is to address autoimmune and allergic diseases within the People's Republic of China. The company boasts a robust pipeline of investigational treatments. Its lead candidate, QX002N, an interleukin (IL)-17A inhibitor, is currently undergoing Phase III clinical trials for the management of ankylosing spondylitis and lupus nephritis. Another key asset, QX005N, a monoclonal antibody engineered to block IL-4Ra, has successfully concluded its Phase II clinical development. This compound targets a wide array of conditions, including atopic dermatitis, prurigo nodularis, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Further advanced programs include QX001S, an IL-12/IL-23p40 inhibitor, also in Phase III trials for psoriasis (Ps) and inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis/Crohn's disease (CD). QX004N, an IL-23p19 inhibitor, is progressing through Phase II for Ps and CD. Additionally, early-stage clinical development encompasses QX006N, an IFNAR1-targeting monoclonal antibody in Phase Ib for systemic lupus erythematosus, and QX008N, a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting thymic stromal lymphopoietin, also in Phase Ib for moderate-to-severe asthma and COPD. Qyuns is also developing several compounds at an earlier stage, including QX007N, which targets IL-33 for COPD and asthma; QX013N, aimed at c-kit for CSU; and QX010N, an IL-31R inhibitor for pruritus. Beyond its drug development endeavors, the company engages in the research, development, and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, and provides specialized technical consultation services.
