Taiwan Business Bank, Ltd. (TBB) primarily serves small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by offering banking and financial solutions across a broad international footprint. Its operations span Taiwan, the United States, Hong Kong, Australia, mainland China, Cambodia, and Japan. The institution is structured into five key divisions: Banking, Securities, Trust, Insurance Agency, and Other services. Its comprehensive financial offerings span traditional banking services such as deposits, remittances, and loans. Beyond this, TBB facilitates securities investment through its own operations and by offering brokerage, financing, and futures trading support. The institution also provides securities underwriting, custodian banking, and diverse trust services (including new type and specific trust funds). Moreover, it extends into insurance products (both life and property), leasing, consulting, financing, and venture capital. By the close of 2021, specifically December 31st, TBB maintained a substantial operational footprint. This included 124 branches within Taiwan, one offshore banking unit, eight international branches, a single overseas representative office, and 16 dedicated securities brokerage points. Established in 1915, the bank maintains its headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan.
