The company operates through three principal divisions: Electrical Business, Optics Business, and Medical Business. Motic's Electrical Business offers an extensive array of solutions, including standard insulators such as IEC pole, capacitive, and wall/pin bushings, as well as embedded poles. They also provide medium voltage OEM components like spouts and embedded poles specifically designed for insulated switchgear. Their high voltage product line features GIS insulators, cable terminations, and advanced hybrid fiber-reinforced epoxy composite materials. Furthermore, the company manufactures various specialized insulating devices, including three-phase or single-phase pot insulators, insulating tie rods, sealed terminals, solid-sealed poles, bushings, and post insulators, extending to sophisticated insulation systems for magnetic levitation and electrified railway applications. Beyond its core electrical offerings, Motic's Medical Business delivers medical diagnostic services and a range of medical testing products. The Optics Business segment provides instruments, meters, electronic products, and integrated optical, mechanical, and electrical solutions, notably specializing in microscope system integration.
