In the industrial packaging sector, it manufactures various drums for lubricants, including plain steel, lacquer-lined, composite, galvanized, conical, internally painted, necked-in, and tall designs. Its extensive range of industrial and automotive lubricants features gear, engine, turbine, transmission, transformer, spindle, rolling, quenching, mould, marine engine, hydraulic, compressor, and cylinder oils, alongside thread compounds, rust preventives, metalworking fluids, greases, and other specialized products. The chemicals division provides finishing chemicals, fatliquors, beam house products, syntans, and fillers. For the refinery and oil field industries, the company delivers services such as processing tank bottom and lagoon oily sludge, and composite repair. Additionally, it offers comprehensive domestic and international travel services, covering ticketing, tourism, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) solutions. Balmer Lawrie's logistics operations are substantial, encompassing freight forwarding, project logistics, and third-party logistics. Its robust infrastructure supports the transportation of containers to and from ports, full container load deliveries, de-stuffing, storage, and distribution. The company also manages and monitors containers, provides consolidation and de-consolidation for less-than-container loads, handles and stores break-bulk cargo, and offers covered warehousing for EXIM cargo, general and bonded warehousing, and container tracking services.
