The company operated as an independent software vendor or channel partner, offering project management, application and technical consulting, and database administration for both implementation initiatives and ongoing managed services. Its comprehensive suite of services also included general managed services, expert guidance on enterprise applications, IT strategy development, and business process optimization. Furthermore, CMTSU Liquidation provided project planning, systems integration and deployment, training, change management, and application lifecycle management. Their application development, management, and staffing solutions encompassed the entire client business application lifecycle, from analysis, design, and creation to testing, quality assurance, implementation, and continuous maintenance. Additionally, the firm supplied staffing for software development projects and routine operations, alongside distributing various IT hardware and software products. Its diverse clientele featured prominent Global 2000 corporations across numerous sectors, including manufacturing, retail, education, healthcare and life sciences, energy and utilities, financial services, and the public sector. Established in Denver, Colorado, in 1974, the entity adopted the name CMTSU Liquidation, Inc. in June 2017. On April 9, 2017, CMTSU Liquidation, Inc. and its affiliates sought Chapter 11 reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, with the plan subsequently approved as a Chapter 11 liquidation on December 20, 2018.
