The Offshore and Specialized Vessels division focuses on engineering and fabricating sophisticated offshore support vessels tailored for both wind energy projects and the oil and gas industry. It also delivers special purpose vessels, including cable-laying ships and ferries, alongside developing autonomous (unmanned) craft. The Equipment, Systems and Infrastructure segment develops advanced energy generation and storage solutions, which feature integrated electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and entertainment systems. It also supplies specialized systems for stabilization, propulsion, positioning, and power generation, in addition to steam turbines. This segment further designs and integrates complex systems with an emphasis on automation, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and critical infrastructures. Beyond marine applications, it undertakes the design, construction, and assembly of substantial steel structures for major land-based projects, including bridges, viaducts, airports, ports, marine and hydraulic constructions, and large-scale commercial and industrial buildings. Beyond these core activities, the company extends its services to dry-dock operations management, comprehensive engineering, project and supply chain oversight, information technology consulting, sales and post-sales support for mechanical products, marine diesel engine maintenance, technological research and development, vessel accommodation provisions, and the chartering of various marine craft.
