The company's extensive operations are divided into distinct segments: N1, Krónan, and ELKO. Its N1 division boasts a comprehensive network of 86 conventional fuel stations, 13 electric vehicle charging stations, and a single methane refueling point. This segment further extends to 27 Nesti og Ísey branded refreshment and snack kiosks, 11 workshops specializing in lubrication and tire services, 6 corporate outlets, and 42 maritime fuel dispensing locations. In the grocery and convenience retail space, Festi operates 26 physical stores under the Krónan, Kr, and Kjarval banners, complemented by the Krónan online shopping portal. The ELKO segment focuses on electronics, featuring 6 retail stores and an accompanying e-commerce platform. Beyond consumer retail, Festi hf. also manages logistics and warehousing through its Bakkinn brand, which includes two facilities dedicated to product storage, packing, labeling, and distribution. Additionally, the company diversifies its income by leasing various non-residential real estate properties. Festi hf. was formerly known as N1 hf. before undergoing a name change in September 2018.
