The company was formerly known as Actelios SpA and changed its name to Falck Renewables S.p.A. in August 2010. Falck Renewables S.p.A. was founded in 2002 and is based in Milan, Italy. Falck Renewables S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Falck SpA.
