Initially named Liberty Star Gold Corp., the company adopted its current moniker, Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp., in April 2007. Established in 2001, Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. maintains its corporate headquarters in Tucson, Arizona.
