SPARC currently commercializes Elepsia, a specialized levetiracetam formulation for managing epilepsy, and Xelpros, a latanoprost ophthalmic emulsion prescribed for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Its robust development pipeline showcases numerous candidates in various clinical trial stages: SDN-037, a difluprednate formulation in Phase 3 for addressing inflammation and pain linked to ocular surgery; PDP-716, also in Phase 3 for glaucoma; and phenobarbital sodium, targeting neonatal seizures. Additionally, the company is progressing Vodobatinib (SCO-088), which has concluded Part A of its Phase 1 study for resistant chronic myelogenous leukemia, and Vodobatinib (SCC-138), currently in Phase 2 for Parkinson's disease. Other pipeline assets include SCD-044, a Phase 2 candidate for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, and SCO-120, advancing through Phase 1 for hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative, metastatic breast cancer. Complementing its internal efforts, SPARC engages in strategic collaborations, including one with Bioprojet SCR to develop an S1P receptor 1 agonist for autoimmune disorders, and another with HitGen Ltd. aimed at identifying promising small molecule leads for selected therapeutic targets.
