The bank organizes its operations across several key divisions: Treasury, Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, and other banking activities. Customers can access a diverse range of deposit products, including savings accounts, current accounts, and various types of term deposits such as fixed and recurring deposits. On the lending side, Suryoday SFB provides financing for mortgages and commercial vehicles. It also offers tailored credit solutions for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs). Further expanding its loan portfolio, the bank facilitates home loans, business loans secured by property, joint liability group loans, and emergency credit line guarantee schemes. Beyond core banking, Suryoday SFB extends its services to include life, general, and group health insurance offerings, alongside national pension and social security programs. It also provides essential banking tools like debit cards and specialized services for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). The bank ensures modern accessibility through its comprehensive suite of digital platforms, including internet, phone, tablet, and mobile banking services. As of March 31, 2021, Suryoday SFB maintained a substantial physical presence, with 556 banking outlets distributed across 13 states and union territories. The institution, which was established in 2008 and is headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India, initially operated under the name Suryoday Micro Finance Limited before rebranding to Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited in January 2017.
