Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (TMR), along with its affiliated entities, delivers a wide array of tourism services, primarily centered in Slovakia but extending across multiple countries. The company structures its operations across seven distinct segments: Mountain Resorts, Leisure Parks, Golf, Dining, Sports Services and Stores, Hotels, and Real Estate. Its Mountain Resorts division manages a portfolio of mountain resorts, which it either owns or leases, in diverse locations including the High and Low Tatras in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland's Beskid Mountains, and Austria, collectively offering 137 kilometers of ski trails. The Leisure Parks segment comprises Aquapark Tatralandia and Poland's Legendia- Silesian Amusement Park. TMR's Golf segment is responsible for the leasing and operation of two golf resorts situated in the Czech Republic. The Dining segment encompasses a variety of food and beverage establishments, including restaurants, bars, après-ski venues, and quick-service dining, strategically located within its mountain resorts, leisure parks, and golf facilities. Through the Sports Services and Stores segment, the company manages specialized retail outlets for ski and snowboard equipment (under brands such as Tatry Motion, Szczyrk Motion, and Ješted Motion), operates ski schools, and provides sports equipment rentals. This segment also includes souvenir and specialty merchandise stores within its leisure parks. The Hotels segment oversees a collection of hotels, both owned and leased, integrated within its various resorts, providing accommodation for approximately 2,300 guests. Lastly, the Real Estate segment is dedicated to the development, construction, and sale of residential apartments and associated infrastructure. Originally incorporated in 1992 as Jasná Nízke Tatry, a.s., the entity adopted its current name, Tatry mountain resorts, a.s., in June 2009. The company's principal office is located in Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia.
