These include two REITs listed on the SGX-ST: Frasers Centrepoint Trust and Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, both concentrating on retail, commercial, and industrial properties. It also sponsors the SGX-ST listed Frasers Hospitality Trust, which is dedicated to hospitality assets. Additionally, the company oversees two REITs on the Stock Exchange of Thailand: Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT, focused on industrial and logistics properties within Thailand, and Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, which targets commercial properties. The company officially adopted its current name, Frasers Property Limited, in February 2018, having previously operated as Frasers Centrepoint Limited.
