The company delivers a wide array of services, including secure credit and debit card processing for multinational retail clients. Its comprehensive offerings extend to system maintenance, which involves deploying software patches, revising code, installing and testing new software, training client personnel, and providing ongoing technical support. VEII also excels in system implementation and integration, offering end-to-end services from project planning and system design to advice on hardware and consumables selection, sales, and subsequent hardware maintenance. Furthermore, the company undertakes custom software development, trades and services computer hardware and software, and operates an IT service call center. A key product is its proprietary edgePOS point-of-sale software, which it markets, sells, and maintains, alongside distributing third-party POS solutions. Established in 2007 and based in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, the company was previously known as Sino Payments, Inc., before rebranding to Value Exchange International, Inc. in December 2017.
