The company functions through three distinct divisions: Imaging Solutions, Production Solutions, and Creative Solutions. Its Imaging Solutions arm supplies equipment for photographic and video cameras, as well as smartphones, serving a broad spectrum of clients such as professional and amateur photographers/videographers, independent content creators (ICCs), vloggers/influencers, gamers, enterprises, and professional sound crews. This includes camera supports and heads, smartphone accessories, lighting supports, LED lighting, lighting controls, motion control systems, audio capture and noise reduction gear, along with camera bags and backdrops. The Production Solutions division furnishes video heads, tripods, LED lighting, prompters, robotic camera systems, and mobile power solutions, alongside equipment rental and technical services for broadcasters, film and video production companies, ICCs, and corporate entities. Lastly, the Creative Solutions division delivers wireless video transmission and lens control systems, monitors, camera accessories, live streaming and IP video devices, and software applications to ICCs, enterprises, gamers, broadcasters, and film and video production firms. Founded in 1909, the company, formerly known as The Vitec Group plc, rebranded to Videndum Plc in May 2022 and maintains its headquarters in Richmond, United Kingdom.
