Information use rules

1.1. These Information Use Rules have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 93-VIII of June 19, 2024 “On Mass Media” and govern the terms and conditions of access to and use of information posted on the following website: https://oninvest.com/ (the “Website”).

1.2. Information means any data, text and media materials published on the Website, including but not limited to articles, images, audio and video content, as long as they do not belong to third parties.

1.3. The Website contains protected results of intellectual activity, including copyrights and means of individualization, including but not limited to texts, photographs, audiovisual materials, graphic images, trademarks, logos, and other.

1.4. All Website users are obliged to comply with these Rules when accessing and using information posted on the Website.

2.1. Users have no right to access information posted on the Website except for their personal and non-commercial purposes.

2.2. No reproduction, dissemination or other use of information that is expressly or impliedly identified as belonging to the Website is permitted unless the following conditions are met:

• there is a written authorization from the owner of such information;
• the source of information is acknowledged and, when used on the Internet, a mandatory hyperlink to the main page of the Website is included;
• when citing for scientific, educational and critical purposes, no more than 30% of the original material is used;
• information or parts thereof may only be reproduced by disseminating it to the general public via the Internet in such a way that any person may access such information from any place and at any time at his/her own choice, in a volume not exceeding 100 printed characters (excluding spaces).

2.3. The use of information created by third parties and posted on the Website is allowed in accordance with the rules of such third parties.

3.1. Any use of information by users of the Website must be accompanied by an acknowledgement of the source.

3.2. Links to the Website or mention of the source of the information must be included:

• for textual materials — at the beginning of the cited text;
• for graphic materials — immediately below the image;
• for audio and video materials — in the form of an audio-visual mention of the source.

3.3. When using textual information, abridgement is acceptable as long as it does not distort the original meaning.

3.4. No rewriting or modification of any information is permitted without the consent of the owner.

3.5. Persons and organizations who illegally used materials published on the Website will be held liable for unauthorized copying and use of materials in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.6. The Website Administration reserves the right to change these terms of use of materials at any time and without explanation.
