The company has <a href="https://ir.biosig.com/press-releases/detail/370/biosig-technologies-inc-signs-definitive-share-exchange">announced</a> a merger with private Canadian fintech firm Streamex Exchange Corporation to enter the blockchain space. Driven by this news, BioSig stock <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/BSGM/">gained</a> more than 24% in a single day.
