These encompass etching, polished, float-zone mono-crystalline silicon, and Czochralski mono-crystalline silicon wafers. Furthermore, their semiconductor device offerings include various diodes – specifically TVS protective, high-voltage (HV), bridge, and Schottky types – along with GPP chips and metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs). Beyond manufacturing, TCL Zhonghuan also develops and manages photovoltaic (PV) power stations and engages in financial leasing activities.
