For its retail customers, the bank provides a range of deposit options, including demand and time accounts, alongside various lending products such as personal consumption and residential mortgage loans, and credit card overdraft facilities. It further extends personal finance solutions, wealth management, and private banking services. Complementing these, it issues both debit and credit cards, facilitates payment collection, acts as an insurance agent, offers safe locker facilities, and provides advisory and attestation services. Fund and insurance asset trusteeship, cash management, and agency services for government bond issuance and underwriting are also part of its comprehensive offerings. Clients can conveniently access services via internet, telephone, SMS, mobile, and WeChat banking platforms. In the corporate realm, the bank supports businesses with financing for working capital, fixed assets, trade, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in addition to finance leasing services. Its corporate financing portfolio includes short, medium, and long-term loans, investment banking expertise, and solutions for domestic and international settlements, alongside bill acceptance and discounting. The Financial Market Business segment actively participates in money market placements, various investment and repurchasing activities, foreign exchange transactions, and inter-bank placements. It also engages in the trading of government and financial bonds, and provides discounted bill services. As of December 31, 2021, Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank maintained an extensive physical and digital presence. Its network comprised 635 outlets, including five key branches located in Foshan, Qingyuan, Heyuan, Zhaoqing, and Zhuhai provinces, along with twelve sub-branches and one sub-office. Digital access points featured 1,597 ATMs, 578 self-service inquiry terminals, 324 smart service terminals, and 250 smart banking outlets. Prior to its current name, the organization was known as Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative Unions.
