Further, it offers agency services for urban renewal projects conducted by the government or by private enterprises; coordinates the settlement of residents; and follow-ups advancement of construction and development, as well as acts as a shipping agent. The company was formerly known as Taiwan Development and Trust Co. and changed its name to Taiwan Land Development Corporation in December 2005.
