Chin Hin provides an extensive portfolio of construction essentials, including a wide array of cement and concrete solutions (such as precast, ready-mixed, and GRC), roofing and steel components, bricks, pavers, and a diverse selection of finishing and interior products. Their offerings further extend to fibre cement, gypsum items, timber, flooring solutions, pipes, sanitaryware, and specialized Drymix and Starken AAC products. Beyond material supply, the Group delivers holistic solutions in property development, undertaking residential, commercial, and industrial projects. They also provide construction services for a broad spectrum of facilities, ranging from homes and commercial structures to hospitals and public infrastructure. The company's activities also encompass the vehicle sector, which involves the manufacturing and assembly of new or rebuilt commercial vehicles, equipment and forklift rental, and comprehensive transportation and fleet management services. Its significant manufacturing capabilities cover welded mesh, wire products, prefabricated steel buildings, paints, pipes, plaster and mortar products, and integral industrialized building system (IBS) components like wall panels, beams, columns, and slabs. Further diversifying its business, Chin Hin supplies modern household fixtures such as kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom appliances. The group is also active in solar energy solutions, including the operation and maintenance of PV systems, alongside e-commerce, digital marketing, software programming, and the wholesale distribution of construction and hardware supplies.
