Beyond these core areas, the company also undertakes building construction projects, manufactures and distributes industrial equipment, engages in real estate leasing, conducts rental operations, and provides specialized services such as asbestos inspection, measurement, and analysis. Established in 1941 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, the company adopted its current name, Toyo Kanetsu K.K., in 1969, having previously operated as Toyo Kanetsu Kogyo K.K.
