The company was formerly known as Changs Enterprise Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Changs Ascending Enterprise Co., Ltd. in July 2000. Changs Ascending Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997 and is based in Taichung, Taiwan.
