Other offerings in this category include industrial tapes and intelligent optical films. Additionally, BenQ Materials delivers sophisticated light control solutions. These encompass anisotropic nano-structure light control films, specialized light control polarizers, color shift films, and view switching technologies. It also produces optical clear adhesives and functional film solutions specifically tailored for mini/micro-LED applications. Beyond these, the company is a provider of separators for lithium-ion batteries. Its healthcare division offers a variety of items, such as wound care products, medical sterilization packaging solutions, acne care treatments, and contact lenses. Established in 1998, the firm initially operated as Daxon Technology Inc. before adopting the name BenQ Materials Corporation in June 2010.
