Enwell Energy plc was formerly known as Regal Petroleum plc and changed its name to Enwell Energy plc in May 2020. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom. Enwell Energy plc is a subsidiary of Smart Holding (Cyprus) Limited.
