The Building Products segment is responsible for creating and supplying a broad range of construction materials, including insulation, plasterboard, laminate surfaces, and plastic and concrete pipes, catering to both residential and commercial infrastructure projects. Through its Distribution arm, the company provides building, plumbing, and pipeline products via well-known brands like PlaceMakers, Mico, and Forman Building Systems. Fletcher Building also extracts aggregates and manufactures cement and concrete through its Concrete segment. Its Residential and Development division focuses on constructing homes and apartment complexes, alongside the development and sale of residential and commercial land. The Construction segment undertakes the building and maintenance of public and commercial structures, transport, and utilities infrastructure, encompassing the design, construction, and upkeep of roads and civil works.
