Hugo Boss AG, through its various subsidiaries, is engaged globally in the creation, promotion, and sale of apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories for both male and female consumers. Its extensive product portfolio encompasses business, casual, athleisure, and evening wear, alongside shoes and other accoutrements. The company also offers licensed products, including perfumes, spectacles, watches, and children's fashion lines. Operating under the well-known BOSS and HUGO labels, Hugo Boss distributes its merchandise via online platforms, standalone retail stores, department store concessions (shop-in-shops), and factory outlets. As of December 31, 2021, the company managed a total of 1,228 retail points of sale. Established in 1924, its corporate headquarters are located in Metzingen, Germany.
