In addition, the company owns Bordersley power plant located near Birmingham. Further, it engages in power generation and treasury businesses. The company was formerly known as Kibo Mining Plc and changed its name to Kibo Energy PLC in 2018. Kibo Energy PLC was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Galway, Ireland.
